Following the huge success of FP7 as the Effies Agency of the Year and Network of the Year, another MCN agency – Weber Shandwick took home the honor of Agency of the Year’ at the MEPRA Awards (the Middle East Public Relations Association’s Annual Awards).
Weber Shandwick MENA took home the ‘Agency of the Year’ at the 2014 Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) Awards in Dubai on November 26th, beating off six other competitors. This is the first time Weber Shandwick MENA has won this award, which is the recognised highest industry accolade for any PR agency in the Middle East and North Africa.
In addition, Weber Shandwick won a further two technical awards for its work, taking home the top prize for ‘Corporate Reputation and Image’ (for the third year in a row) and the ‘B2B Communications’ category. Overall it came joint second in the number of other technical categories, which are huge achievements along with the grand accolade of Agency of the Year.
